isoplus can provide you with the suitable insulation for your medium pipes. Polyurethane insulation allows you to have temperatures of –180° up to +120°. Various steel pipes (stainless steel, cast steel, coated steel, bright steel, surface treated steel…) or plastic pipes (PE, PP, PVC…) can be used as medium pipes. For jacket pipes, the well-proven polyethylene pipe, and also Spiro folded seam pipes made from galvanized sheet steel, aluminium or NIRO are mostly used. Also, ‘steel in steel’ pipes can be produced with polyurethane insulation as a linked system. As requested by the customer, tracer pipes for diverse sensor cables or pipe heaters are also frequently installed. Due to their ‘modular system’ and the extremely flexible discontinuous foam injection processes, very many solutions are also available in minimal quantities.
